"Joining Artha this year, has been absolutely life changing for me. The ambiance of this magical oasis, in the heart of Studio City; reminds us that it's absolutely okay and necessary to prioritize self care. I joined a few months ago after a friend invited me to try it out. I had been looking for a yoga studio as my body started craving core/resistance training, strength building, and a more restorative practice instead of the antsy inner gym rat burns; post covid. I was immediately impressed by the staff; who really embody and practice what ARTHA is all about.
