Community Feedback
"ILB is the best place to be for everyone! I'm not a lifter but I always feel welcome and supported when I'm there. When I venture out of my comfort zone and try strongman implements, I'm always met with cheers of encouragement. That's huge for someone who isn't always comfortable in a gym setting. They also have a great clothing line with Until Death Barbell. Great shirts for everyday life! Did I mention they have a chiropractor on site?? He works on everyone from strongmen to "normal" people like me. He's also the chiropractor for the Idaho Steelheads! Great get for the gym! Seriously, ILB has EVERYTHING! Do yourself a favor and join this gym!"

"I started training at ILB close to when they opened in May 2023. My experience has been great and I have loved training here. The pros: Knowledgeable staff and coaches (my powerlifting coach is Alex and he is great/helping me reach my goals) The community is fun, supportive, and wholesome The gym is clean, and has powerlifting, weightlifting, and strongman equipment The only thing I could say that may be improved is the cable machines (seated rowing for tall guys is hard), but this is nitpicky. Overall this gym is amazing. I have been in and out of a few gyms in the last few years. Mostly at a globo/public gym. Iron Legacy is way better. If you are looking to join a gym and be apart of our amazing community come check it out!"
