"I have been attending this studio for several years now and cannot say enough positive things about it. Beth pays very close attention to our body positions and instructs us on how to modify an exercise if our bodies are not cooperating. At 73 my body reminds me of some part on a daily basis. I have continued to improve muscle strength, bone density and balance. And to top it off, she has accumulated just a wonderful group of individuals to join her classes. She has, in fact, created a warm, supportive community which is greatly needed these days."
