"My Amazing First Experience at Pilates! I attended my very first Pilates class on December 5th. Since English is not my first language, I was quite nervous about keeping up with the instructions. However, the 50 minutes flew by as I followed along with the help of those around me. ​My instructor, Sophie, was incredibly kind and patient. She constantly checked on my form and corrected my posture, which gave me the confidence to finish the session strong.
