"I am not a fan of gyms - they are usually intimidating, confusing for those of us who aren't weightlifters, and let's be honest - they smell funky! gain.atl changes that 100%! As a runner, weightlifting has not been a priority for me but gain has helped me reach my goals and strengthen my body. I greatly enjoy not having to worry about what comes next because the coaches have a plan in place and will gently guide me until I get the form right. I feel challenged but never in competition with anyone else - it's only me getting stronger with every move. I have felt welcomed at gain and surrounded by strong women who want to build you up and know their stuff. I can come into the gym and be mindless because they are prepared or can come in looking to yap and that's welcome also. I've been here for classes and personal training and both have been so great for my strength journey."
