"Working out with Giorgia has been a game changer for me to help me get and stay in great shape as I enter middle age. I have worked out or played sports all my life, but after having kids I found it so hard to motivate to go to the gym regularly to do strength training and to fix the diastisis recti that I hadn’t properly addressed postpartum. I had been to PT to address the issue, but I just didn’t keep up with the exercises they gave or effectively integrate that into my workouts regularly because I mostly did cardio.
