The facility and staff are talented, accommodating and encouraging. Jeff attempts to match clients based on goals and personality with a trainer who will be an ideal fit. The facility is well-designed and welcoming. My trainer understands my goals of injury prevention, building strength and developing a sustainable and lifelong training program. Due to my job, I need early morning sessions and both Jeff and Meg have sacrificed their own mornings to support me. This facility is full of long-time clients, a testament to the knowledge and talent of the LEAN team. Look no farther for the right place to train!"

"I’ve been working out at LEAN Personal Training for almost 13 years. Jeff has cultivated a positive environment in which to train. Min Kim, my trainer, provides challenging workouts, encouragement and flexible times that fit my schedule. While there are many days when I don’t feel like training, I am always glad to have worked out once the session is over! It’s also nice to see many familiar faces each time I work out. This to me is a testament to how well LEAN is run and the benefits Jeff and his team provide. I can’t recommend Jeff, Min and the rest of the team at LEAN enough."
