"When I found The Strength Spot, I had not exercised consistently for 6-8 years. I was looking for serious exercise guidance and development when I found The Strength Spot. I have now been working with Coach Steve for several months in both individual and group training sessions. He is one of the most thoughtful, organized, and communicative trainers I have ever worked with. When building my program, he took into account my past history with exercise, my goals, any prior injuries, and all other relevant pieces of my personal history. When we're training, he explains why he chose each movement and how it contributes to my overall goals. He really takes into consideration the individual he's working with and has a wealth of knowledge on precisely how to get you where you want to be, regardless of where you are starting. There's no "one-size-fits-all" approach here. The gym itself is also incredibly clean and equipped for many different types of exercise.
