"This is the first time in my life I've felt comfortable and welcome in a gym. The trainers are knowledgeable, check in regularly, all of them are always willing to help, and they're ready to make adjustments or modifications if needed. The small group setting makes it so I always have access to a trainer and they're around and observing, but I also don't feel like I'm being watched too hard. All bodies and skill levels are welcome! I'm fat and came in after not exercising for years and having no knowledge of how to actually work out. I started in June 2025 (around 8 months ago) and they've walked me through every step of the process. I still need every new exercise explained to me, but I'm feeling so much more confident in my abilities. I can also tell that I'm getting stronger! I came in to get more fit, weight loss isn't my goal and they don't push weight loss or dieting or assume that's what everyone wants. They focus on functional strength and I can see so much improvement in how I live my life and move my body. Exercise is still hard work and they push you, but I no longer dread the gym because of fear and judgement."
