"I am a college athlete who needed one month to workout while I was home for Christmas break, and I luckily chose Southside to be my place for that. I started out with 3 days of lift a week, but became so excited to work out everyday that it quickly went to 5-6 days a week. I really appreciate Luke, Lisa, and Dexter’s energy and infectious personalities that were welcoming, kind, and happy to see me every time I came in. The gym was spacious and had everything I needed, in comparison to gyms like Planet Fitness not having a lot of the equipment I needed for collegiate athletic lifts. Tugs and Bella (the family’s 2 puppies) were just an added bonus, i looked forward to seeing them and hanging out with them while I worked out as well! Although I was working out on my own, I was there a ton during other’s personal training sessions with the three instructors, and I was amazed at how encouraging and engaged they were with every client. I couldn’t recommend this place anymore to anyone! I am so thankful I was able to come across this place, and extremely lucky. Thank you Luke, Lisa, Dexter, Bella, & Tugs!!🤭🩷"

"Great gym in Franklin! Dropped in with a day pass a while ago. Plenty of parking. All the equipment you need for a powerlifting workout plus some cardio equipment. Big spaces with lots of variety. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town."
