"Working with Maggie was one of the best decisions of my pregnancy. There is so much that happens to the landscape of your body when you’re expecting; so much change to navigate and the need to relearn how to use your body. Maggie has been a guide in this wilderness, bringing fantastic knowledge to the unknown in every session, and helping me to access and grow my strength even when I felt I had none. I have been able to stay fit throughout my pregnancy in a way that felt like it was truly honoring my body. I have a new access to my breath and core control that influences the success of every workout, and empowers me to use the tools within to safely navigate not only gym time but also looking ahead to the birth space.
