"I had the privilege of experiencing Patrick's stretching class, and it was wonderful! As someone who attempts to stretch alone and can get easily distracted, it was refreshing to have professional guidance and a structured routine. I felt personal gratification after completing the stretches knowing that I persevered past any mild discomfort (due to my tight muscles) and was rewarded with a feeling of accomplishment, wholeness, and a knowing that I gave my body an opportunity to receive the care it needs. As a psychotherapist, I encourage my clients to find coping strategies to help them self-regulate when feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Stretching will now be one of my top recommendations for self-care! Not only is it good for you physically, it's really relaxing and encourages mindfulness. (The cool-down is absolutely delicious! 😊) Patrick is knowledgeable, patient, and passionate. He genuinely cares about overall health and it's palpable; his positive energy radiates through the space and his intentionality through his style of instruction. Be sure to ask him for the flexibility assessment. You might be surprised (as was I) how much you really need to take his class! And you definitely should. You won't be disappointed!"

"Patrick Service's YOUTRAINFITNESS is simply the best personal training center in our area. It's conveniently located near Highway 55, 40 and close to 540. The facility is top notch, has the newest and safest fitness equipement and has everything you need for a great work out. But what makes this place truly special is the head trainer/ owner- Patrick Service. Patrick is the ultimate “ring man” who is always in my corner and is one of my biggest advocates in my life goal of improving my health. He listens to us as clients and helps motivate us to make life changes by incorporating fitness and wellness into our daily lives. A+"

"Patrick is a PHENOMENAL personal trainer. I reached out to him to develop a home routine for weight loss and building muscle, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Prior to scheduling the free consultation, I contacted Patrick to discuss my concerns related to my physical limitations, such as knee arthritis. He reassured me of his experience working with these conditions and promptly fit me into his schedule. Right from the get-go, I was blown away by his level of care and professionalism. One small but meaningful moment was when he congratulated me on taking steps to better my health. It made me feel truly welcomed to give resistance training a try for the first time. I signed up for eight sessions, each of which made great progress towards my goals and were genuinely FUN to attend. Being greeted warmly at the door and ending each session with a high five would make my entire day. I can't stress enough how deeply Patrick cares. He frequently checked in on my well-being through our emails and sessions, making sure that I always felt comfortable with the exercises. On one occasion, I let him know that I hurt my shoulder at work an hour before our appointment. Despite the very short notice, he kindly gave me the option to work around my injury or reschedule. I ended up choosing to reschedule, and he followed up a few days later to ask how I was feeling, emphasizing that my comfort and safety were top priority. Another time, when our schedules didn't align because of my work hours, Patrick went above and beyond by rearranging his schedule to fit in a session with me. It was clear that he wanted to see me succeed at every opportunity, which only boosted my motivation. By my last session, I had gained far more than I ever expected. Not only did Patrick help me build a foundation, but he also taught me techniques to improve my flexibility, mobility, knee stability, and posture to make daily living easier. Perhaps even more important, he gently encouraged me to break through my fear of challenging myself physically. Before meeting him, I was convinced that I couldn't do squats or get on/off the floor without holding onto something because I was so afraid to hurt my knees. He gave me the confidence I needed to realize that I'm capable of doing these things and more. Now I can get on/off the floor with relative ease, and my squats have improved. Someday I'll be squatting without the chair! Lastly, I gained a deeper understanding of nutrition through a good book that he recommended, called Fiber Fueled, which inspired me to make healthier adjustments to my diet. I really admire how engaged Patrick is in current research and books about disease prevention (his facility has many many books)! Being able to share our thoughts on these topics was such a great pleasure. It is truly hard to put into words how much I enjoyed training with Patrick. Signing up was one of the best decisions I've ever made for my health. Thanks to Patrick, I feel more confident than ever in my ability to build strength and lose weight in a healthy way. I highly recommend his services!!! Would give 10 stars if I could."
