"I started with Andrew at ProFormance in February, 2025. I chose ProFormance because of their golf fitness program and went with Andrew as my trainer because his profile on their website really stood out to me as a trainer who cared, listened, and worked with his clients to achieve their goals. I can 100% say he was the right choice for me! Andrew is amazing at what he does. He motivates me during our sessions, and provides me with great insights into which muscles are being targeted. My goal with ProFormance was to learn a wider range of exercises that I could do on my own and improve my golf fitness.
