"Keith and Caitlin are truly incredible trainers, and wonderful people to boot. Keith was a strength coach at Princeton university and is a top of the line expert on the body, movement, and strength. Caitlin is especially wonderful with mothers and does great prenatal and postpartum work. And she’s an example herself of transforming your body into a pillar of fitness and strength. The way they can explain and adapt exercises, controlling the pace and keeping you motivated is amazing. They Push you enough to steadily growth in strength to meet your goals, but not too much that you’ll give up. They are flexible with scheduling and offer a real community. Keith is a connector and you can easily get to know other people who train in the area. We are so lucky to have such world class trainers locally.
