"I have been going to The Grove now for 2 years and averaging 4 days a week. I have really enjoyed that even during our small group workouts, I still get some one-on-one coaching, and they modify the workouts to work around my injuries (not workout related). The coaching on doing the exercise correctly has helped with my range of motion and sometimes I need to be told to reduce the weight because I pushed too hard on the last set and my form is off. The class sizes are small and the encouragement from the coaching staff and fellow gym members helps keep me motivated. You feel like a group of friends rather than just people who work out together. I have seen a huge improvement in my stamina. I used to dread the conditioning focused days but now bring on the sled relays or air bikes and it is a nice mix into the week. My shirt sizes are getting a little tight in the shoulders and arms. I have always struggled with upper body strength, but I have seen some huge improvements in the amount of weight and reps from when I started. It is a good mix of low and high rep days that will keep your muscles fatigued and keeps me coming back for more."
