Community Feedback

"Iron House is so special. You can read all of these reviews talking about the community here, and people genuinely are not exaggerating. The people at this gym are some of the kindest, most uplifting, and motivating people you will find anywhere in the area. This is not a place where you have to feel intimidated or nervous walking in for the first time. Whether you’re brand new to the gym or have been training for years, people make you feel welcome from day one. My first time here, I thought “smile at me” was written on my forehead. You can come at any time, day or night, and feel completely safe and comfortable. Sam, Austin, and Jared are a huge part of what makes this gym so special. They’ve created an environment that feels more like a family than a gym, and it shows in the culture the team has built. The equipment, the maintenance, cleanliness, people, and culture, are all unmatched. Once you visit IH, it will be hard to go to any other gym again. Love this place!!! 🖤"

"Five months at Iron House Strength & Conditioning and one thing I can honestly say… this journey changed more than my body. I came in focused on endurance, strength, consistency, and becoming a healthier version of myself — and that’s exactly what happened. We don’t care about the scale over here. We care about how I FEEL. And I feel stronger, lighter, healthier, more confident, and more capable in my everyday life. In these five months, I’ve seen inches lost, my endurance completely improve, my strength increase, my energy shift, and honestly… my mood and mindset transform too. Things that used to feel hard physically don’t anymore. My body moves different now. My confidence moves different now. A huge part of that is because of my coach, Corey Cook. Truly one of the best. Coach Corey doesn’t just care about workouts — he cares about PEOPLE. He pushes you, believes in you, checks on you, and sees growth in you even when you don’t fully see it yourself yet. He’s intentional about fitness, but also personal growth, discipline, confidence, and becoming better overall. Every workout feels like an investment into myself, and I’m honestly grateful I started this journey. Five months down… and this is still just the beginning. 💪🏾"
