"I love studio one! I have been going ever since Bay opened and I love all the instructors. Everyone is so nice and the classes are so good. Every instructor pushes me to want to go above and beyond each class. I am most definitely challenged with each class I take and I love it. Taking classes here has truly changed the way that I like to workout and how much I value putting time aside for me to do so. Love this place so much and would recommend to anyone wanting to try or who has taken pilates previously. Can’t say enough good things!"
