"I’ve been training at 52 Strong since July 2025, and after about seven months, I can confidently say it has been a truly positive and life-changing experience. I initially trained with Colton from July through October 2025 (about three months). His approach was structured and intense, focusing on both fitness and lifestyle habits. Together, we incorporated intermittent fasting while balancing strength training and cardio. During that time, I lost about 10 pounds and built a strong fitness foundation. Around November 2025, I began working with the owner, Ramia (about three months so far). Her training philosophy emphasizes sustainability — clean eating, consistency, and building habits that are realistic long term. As a Pilates instructor, she integrates Pilates alongside cardio and strength training, which has improved both my conditioning and body awareness. With her guidance, I’ve lost an additional 7 pounds. I’ve also worked with Amir, who conducts my monthly body composition scans. These have been very helpful for tracking progress beyond just the scale and were included in my semi-private membership of 1 hour workouts, 3x/week. Starting February 2026, I’m transitioning into their Gold membership. I see this as a step toward greater independence while still maintaining accountability. It offers flexibility to book workouts through the app, smaller training groups (four people max), ongoing trainer access in the gym, and a weekly trainer check-in, which I believe will help me sustain the habits I’ve built. Overall, what stands out most about 52 Strong is the accountability, community, and professionalism of the trainers. I originally joined looking for privacy, comfort, accountability, and weight loss, but I gained much more: consistent exercise habits, mindful eating, networking, and motivation from being around disciplined, accomplished trainers and individuals. In seven months, I’ve missed only about three workout days out of roughly 28 weeks, which is a huge personal win. I’m about 15 pounds lighter, stronger, and far more consistent than I would have been at a traditional gym, where it’s easy to lose accountability. If you’re considering 52 Strong, you may come for one goal, but you’ll likely leave with much more. The name reflects the mission well, staying strong all 52 weeks of the year. I’m genuinely grateful for the team and highly recommend them to anyone serious about lasting health and fitness! 💪😊"

"52 Strong, newest gym in town specialized just on personal training and bringing you where you are supposed to be, best thing I did for myself is starting to hit personal training to rehab my knee after my knee surgery, you owe it to yourself. One on one training and they work on getting you to your goal whatever that is, it could be strengthening your body, toning, getting fit, loosing weight, looking your best or just rehabbing your body from injuries or surgeries……love this place, totally recommend it, my new happy place ❤️❤️❤️"
