"This place is a hidden gem. I knew there was a neighborhood in this direction of the northshore. Clearly didn’t know there were complexes as such providing great fitness instruction. You have to ask yourself what is Nxt4? Check out their podcast and you’ll get a hint of what it’s about, even better attend one of their trial classes and be greeted with open arms. Don’t need to get too much into my testimonial about weightlifting, all you need to know is that it non existent. With that given diving into a class is quite manageable. Amplifying your skills and fitness will be determined by yourself. You can choose your weight amount for the equipment and do multiple sets of those with others in the class. It’s based in a format of rotation so not everyone is stuck with the same equipment at the same time. Which is quite resourceful, mindful, and efficient. Members can be in and out of class within an hour. Of course if you want to do additional stretching, by all means, your health is wellness. Trainers Brooke- detail oriented on the technique. If she sees you improperly performing the task, it’s an eagle eye pin point. You Will feel pain only because you were doing the movement incorrectly. If it burns that means the set is being carried out successfully. Targeting the specific muscles will exacerbate it creating hypertrophy, aka being done correctly. Kelsey -she makes you remember the workouts in a funny way. And it totally works!!So if you are looking for a comical start to wake up in the morning. Please do sign up for her classes! either you are a visual or a passive learner you will definitely find your way to succeed in this group workout class. Kayla- at majority of the classes. Whether helping other instructors or leading her own classes you won’t be shy of cardio. You will lift 20-30% more efficiency in your set with technique and precision. The classes are based on all level of abilities. There’s a possibility that you’ll be grouped in a similar level. If I missed any other instructors. THANKYOU for your time as well. In conclusion this gym is a utopia for great vibes and decompression. Home away from home. The instructors will get to know you and vice versa. They care about your goals and ambitions. THANKYOU to my friend for getting me involved with this gym. Otherwise I would’ve never known or been given this opportunity to join. Your fitness is determined by you. If you have even just 5 minutes for a jog or a walk today, DO IT!! Reduce the procrastinations and be active!!"

"So glad I found this place! It’s a great resource if you’re getting back into working out, or you just need a little structure for your workouts. Classes are really fun, and offer a wide variety of exercises. There’s 2 trainers on the floor at all times, making sure you’re performing the exercises safely & effectively. You’re given your own iPad, so it’s very easy to track your progress. They encourage you to push yourself, but there’s no egos here. The vibe is welcoming & friendly. I’ve been coming multiple times per week, and can definitely tell I’m making gains!"
