Community Feedback

"When I first started at Atlas Strength six years ago, I was looking to simply get stronger, but I found so much more than a gym—I found a family and an unparalleled level of coaching. Patrick, the owner, is a true master of his craft. Unlike commercial gyms, Pat provides personalized attention, building the correct foundation through meticulous form correction and deep knowledge of human biomechanics. He doesn't just show you exercises; he teaches you how your body works internally for the most effective and efficient results. Pat introduced me to Powerlifting and Strongman, leading me to a level I never imagined possible and helping me win numerous lifting competitions. He designed custom workout programs to dramatically increase my stamina and conditioning for Jiu-Jitsu, giving me a crucial advantage on the mats, where he was also in my corner at tournaments to support and cheer for me. Even for my passion, Skateboarding, Pat created targeted training programs for me to assist with power and speed so I can get the most out of my tricks, while also focusing on injury prevention. With his guidance, I have been able to heal faster from the inevitable injuries of a very active life. Atlas Strength fosters a community of individuals constantly pushing to evolve. The mindset of setting goals and working hard until they are achieved—even if it means failing along the way—has become a part of everything I do. If you want to evolve, learn, and excel—no matter your discipline—I guarantee Pat will work with you to build a personalized plan that will translate directly to your goals. He is patient, passionate, and the reason Atlas Strength is truly my second home. I highly recommend you come on down to Atlas Strength and find out for yourself!"

"I’ve been training with Patrick since the summer time. After having two kids in the last 4 years, I didn’t think I would ever get back into heavy lifting. By chance I voted on a poll the atlas page put up, and was quickly reached out to about my interest in strong man training. If it wasn’t for him reaching out I don’t think I would have ever taken the jump to get back into this lifestyle. It has been the best decision I have made. Patrick is extremely knowledgable, patient, and clearly explains the workouts, and reasons for them. He takes every client serious and gives us his full attention, always. Patrick truly has the best interest in mind for all of his clients, and that shows in our progress. I have not only gotten my strength back after my kids, but it’s better than ever, and my body feels good while I do it. I couldn’t reccomend him enough."
