Community Feedback
"I’d give this place a 100:) Working with Iron Legion Strength was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and as someone who isn’t a big gym fan, that says a LOT. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming, supportive, and genuinely encouraging, nothing like a big, intimidating gym. The staff made it easy to jump in, and I always felt comfortable and motivated, no matter my experience level. Trevor, the trainer I worked with, is incredible, passionate about his work, endlessly positive, and somehow feels like an old friend you’re excited to see every session. His energy, knowledge, and encouragement made every workout fun and rewarding. What truly sets Iron Legion apart is not just the coaching or training, but the heart behind it. They do amazing charity and community work, including annual fundraisers like Operation Change to support Make-A-Wish Maine, where every lift helps grant wishes for kids facing critical illnesses. It’s rare to find a gym that builds strength and does so much good in the community. If you think a gym isn’t for you, come here. You’ll be welcomed with open arms, supported wholeheartedly, and inspired every step of the way. I can’t recommend this place enough!"

"I've been coming to Iron Legion for almost four years. I wanted to go to the gym, but I didn't feel comfortable at other gyms and it was a chore to make myself go. A friend suggested I do a free consult. That was it. I've never looked back. Every coach made me feel welcome and encouraged me. I no longer care about the weight on the scale, just the weight on the bar. No weight loss contests here, just Community lifting everyone up. Coach Kaleigh has made me stronger in so many ways. She believes in me more than I do some days. She is so full of kindness and joy that I barely notice she's kicking my ass. She turned me into a powerlifter! When I wanted to take my squats to the next level, I also started training with Trevor. He is funny and kind and his well thought-out workouts will leave you tired, happy and more powerful. I no longer dread going to the gym. I can't wait to get there for my group sessions with the best people and the best coaches. And if I walk in feeling shitty, I always leave with a smile. This is not just a gym. This is Community. They empower their clients and make the community stronger by giving back in so many ways. When you walk through these doors, you'll never want to leave."
