"After being a member at several large chain gyms, I noticed a huge difference when walking into The Strength Feed. The difference between the large chain “personal trainers” and the strength coaches at TSF is obvious. The knowledge, professionalism and attention of the coaches is far superior. I also love that one of the coaches, Kelly is a registered dietitian/sports nutritionist and you are able to schedule one on one visits with her. I believe you get what you pay for and TSF is definitely worth the investment!"
