"Worked out here a couple times while in town for business. There are tons of barbells to chose from for any Olympic lift or compound lift. There’s also about 7 racks and about 4 platforms, more than enough for any lifting. Dumbbells 5-100lbs and plenty of bumper plates in both lbs and kgs. No cables for accessories, but the dumbbells do the trick. While I was at the gym, the regulars there were very nice and you can tell it’s a tight community of lifters in there."

"I luckily stumbled across this little hidden gym in Jackson MS right before I arrived for work. Got in contact with Tyler the owner and was able to gain access on a guest pass status.
