"I belong to another gym that offers reformer classes, but specifically come to PBDTR weekly because of Jane Ann and how hands-on and thorough she is. All of the instructors here are super welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. The owner Dana is very sweet and personable. I love that there is only six reformers- you get a lot of one-on-one adjustments and tips"
