"Cat is the best! She makes small group personal training fun and motivating. She’s always there to help us, support us, and push us to be better. "As a well experienced gym goer that has tried every workout under the sun, i would 10/10 recommend Body Lab and the main trainer Cat. Have done the group classes which are all very challenging and can be modified as well depending on your fitness level. Cat is proficient in designing circuits that will make you stronger, improve endurance and feel powerful. You can show up to the Body Lab as a total beginner or a marathoner, cross fitter or hyrox-er and still get a workout that suits all levels. No two workouts are the same, but there is enough of the basics that progress can actually be measured. Have also done private personal training and semi private training as well and she adapts each session for your goal. Cat is inclusive, but also very inspirational and motivational without being overly in your face or aggressive. Appreciate that the gym is clean and classes kept small, so there is definitely personal attention, modifications, and form correction."
