"I joined Aspire in Rumson this past summer and it’s been a thoroughly great experience. I’ve gained muscle, lost weight and am over all in much better shape thanks to the team there. They develop individual monthly workouts that work out the whole body and get progressively harder as your strength increases over time. The trainers are excellent, really know their stuff and are very helpful in teaching you to do the exercises correctly, so you get the full benefit and don’t hurt yourself - I never realized how wrong I’ve been doing some weights, etc over the years. Stretching and nutrition are also a big part too. Lastly, it’s not a “scene”. People are super friendly but it’s a small, not overbearing gym. A very personalized, professional and great experience over all."

"By far the best gym I’ve ever belonged to! After moving here from the city it’s been amazing to finally have a gym with a team of coaches that care, and a motivating and positive atmosphere. I love the energy in the classes. And the personalized training programs have taught me so many new exercises and are helping push me towards my goals. After a small injury, the coaches helped adjust my program and got me back in the gym quickly and in a safe way. I already feel stronger and more confident only after a couple months! Thank you!"

"I have been training at aspire regularly for over a year now and it’s definitely something I look forward to. The location right in the center of town makes it so convenient and easy to get there, I can literally pull in before a song finishes. The coaches break everything down into helping you accomplish small milestones as they understand your goals. The small milestones compound into results, movements and lifts that you never thought possible. They have this way of pushing you just enough that you keep surprising yourself! It’s also special to be around the community that Aspire has created of people that have self-selected to wanting to better themselves. I love the conversations as much as the workouts. The coaches genuinely know you. They know your goals, they know your kids’ names, they know about the crazy things going on in your life. It is not a “hey, good to see you” kind of place - it is a place of details and I believe details matter to making you a better version of yourself. Highly recommend!!"
