"This is by my far favorite gym I’ve been apart of. I’m always greeted with kindness and motivation from not only the trainers, but the clients as well. I’ve been coming here since June 2025 and within just a few weeks I was able to feel completely comfortable with everyone. I love knowing I can workout in a judgement free space that allows me to make mistakes or not be 100% myself and the people here will make sure I leave feeling 10x then I felt when I first arrived. JP is my trainer and he always goes above and beyond to meet the expectations I have for a trainer but also holds me accountable as a client. He tailors the diet and workout plan specifically to each client so that we’re able to meet our own personal goals at a comfortable pace. I always feel stronger and healthier every time I leave a session and I’m now confident in my ability to exceed the scores I need to pass my physical test for the US NAVY. He’s accommodating to my hectic schedule and always willing to work around my hours and sea schedule. I think it was a great decision picking him as my trainer and I’m excited to see where the next 6 months takes me and my fitness journey."
