"StylexStrength has been my favorite physical therapy gym in NYC. I receive true one on one and specialized attention here. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, and even grave given my training plans to stay ready for my upcoming half-marathons. I went from being unable to bear weight on my right foot, and had little strength on my right hip with pain and swelling to now running strong 13.1 miles in a short amount of time by following their guidance. Both Dr. Poon and Dr. B are excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable. The location has a treadmill where I occasionally run, two bikes, and enough gym equipment for me to build up a sweat. The music is always great. It’s never packed. They are also very diligent about cleaning the place. I went from seeing Dr. Poon 3 times a week to now once a week. Even when I traveled, she made sure I had a plan that kept me on track for recovering and building strength. I am forever grateful."

"I've been going to StylexStrength to rehab a torn ACL. I first met Dr. Bernard before my surgery, and I continued working with him once I was cleared to begin rehab. From the very beginning, Dr. Bernard was extremely attentive and thoughtful about my recovery, consistently updating my exercises based on my progress and how my knee was responding. I really enjoy the training style at StylexStrength - it’s creative, well-structured, and focused on strengthening the areas that need improvement, not just following a generic rehab plan. Thanks to this approach, I can honestly say my quads and calf muscles are stronger than they have ever been before. Overall, I’m very pleased to have discovered StylexStrength and truly grateful to Dr. Bernard for guiding me through my recovery, constantly checking in, and making the entire rehab process feel supportive and effective!"

He takes his job seriously and will make sure “you’re good” as he respectfully says. Leilani the personal trainer is amazing. Her classes are so fun and you get a serious workout!! Definitely recommend this place for your physical therapy needs and personal training."
