"Joined the Lunchtime Fitness in January 2023, stuck with it and lost 100 lbs by the last week of December of '23. Since then I have been able to maintain my weight loss and improve my overall strength and conditioning by continuing my lunchtime classes and mixing in with Bootcamp and occasionally mixing in with the Elite Fitness members. The classes are modifiable at any level and the other members make you feel welcome. Excellent knowledgeable staff changes up the workouts to really push you out of your comfort zone. I highly recommend, it's a great place to start your fitness journey!"
