"I have been training g at SOTA for almost two years now and it’s been a great experience. It is a very friendly environment where the staff greets you by name when you walk in. The Coaches are attentive and knowledgeable, and always able to provide adjustments if a particular exercise is not working or causing discomfort. My minor knee issues are less bothersome now, as I’ve gradually built up my overall leg strength, and I credit SOTA and especially Coach Sean with helping me get there. He keeps the small group sessions fun while pushing each of us to gradually increase weight/difficulty in each exercise. SOTA is a great gym, that I actually look forward to going to and working out at."

"I love SOTA! I’ve been a member since January 2025, but seriously committed to my health journey since June 2025. I’m 61 years old and may be in the best shape of my life. I am certainly at my strongest. The hardest part is deciding which of the amazing trainers to train with on any given day. Coach Sean offers great nutrition advice (or at least reminders that food really matters to my health) and talks history with me; Coach Blake can explain all the reasons why to do an exercise; and both Coach Claire and Rowen regularly challenge me with heavier weights convinced that I am stronger than I think I am. The gym is more like a community. I feel really at home here."

"I’ve worked out at SOTA for the past six months. It’s the third gym I’ve committed to for a longer period of time and has had the best results by far. I am measurably stronger than when I started - and have enjoyed getting there. They recently helped me to accomplish a major fitness goal. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly - I’m greeted by name every time I walk in and they know and care about my goals. Coach Blake especially goes above and beyond to help me to improve in my workouts. I’m not a gym rat and have been intimidated in many gyms I’ve walked into - never the case here. It’s a comfortable and welcoming environment for a wide range of abilities. Their scheduling is flexible enough to meet my complicated needs and pricing is reasonable.
