"Pursue is UNMATCHED !! They offer the best teachers, classes, and techniques to help me feel strong. The community of Pursue is amazing. There are classes Monday-Saturday at a variety of times throughout the morning, afternoon, and evening. Pursue offers memberships or “credits” that act like a punch card for your classes. As far as COVID policies go, they have reduced the number of people in each class and have spread out machines/equipment as much as possible to enable physical distancing. It is advised to wear a mask on the way into the building and on the way out, and some clients and instructors wear them while they workout as well. Wipes and anti-viral spray is provided to wipe everything down after each use. One of my favorite things to do at Pursue is take a cardio or strength based class (such as Megaformer or Cycle Beat) and follow it up with a yoga class. You are missing out if you don’t take advantage of these amazing teachers and classes!"

"Pursue Movement is the best! Great classes and instructors. Clear focus on how to train your body to max limit while remaining injury-free. No mindless "pain is gain" mentality; more working "with the body" instead of "on it." Detailed exercise form corrections (if you want them). Great client community + schedule availability of classes. Their MEGAFORMER MACHINES have changed my life (and waist!). Pursue keeps me strong, in shape and ready to play outside in Jackson Hole."
