Community Feedback
"I love this studio so much! Steve23, Tyrell and the whole crew are absolutely amazing, encouraging and great instructors. The classes are challenging but doable for all levels with a good pace and great music! I would highly recommend for anyone who is interested in hot Pilates/HIIT, yoga and want to get your body moving!"

"Hopped out of the airplane and straight into a double session (hot 60 and yin). It was the best possible choice I could have made. The studio is such a vibe - clearly built on building community, and between the interesting bobbles in the shop, the great drink options, and the variety of cool classes (hello cannabis friendly yoga!), this place really rocks all the boxes. I’m so excited to continue my week long class pack while I’m in town!"

"I just attended a sound healing workshop at New Mission Yoga, and it was such an incredible experience! This was my second event here, and every time, I leave feeling amazed. The instructors were so knowledgeable and welcoming, guiding us through different instruments like crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, flutes, and gongs, and many others. Getting to create our own sound healing session at the end was so much fun and made the whole experience even more interactive and personal. The studio has such a positive energy, making it easy to relax and fully immerse in the practice. If you're looking for a new and unique experiences with a supportive community, I recommend checking out their events and classes!"
