"I had a wonderful experience training with Helen and would highly recommend FemFit! Her workouts were cross-functional and always challenging. I appreciated that they were not the standard one dimensional squats, etc. I could just do on my own. She was also very helpful in creating prenatal modifications to exercises and including labor/pregnancy prep exercises in my training. With Helen’s help, I have been better able to maintain fitness during pregnancy and am hoping for a smoother labor!"
