"My Newest (and Healthiest) Addiction! I can’t say enough amazing things about Erin Cantrell Fitness — this place rocks! As a beginner in the gym world (and yes, the oldest person in the class most days!), I was honestly a little nervous walking in. "Very chic studio, the energy is upbeat and motivating. The studio space is immaculately clean and well cared for, the instructors make a point to connect with each client and hear their goals and concerns, I felt very supported and inspired to keep coming back and working on my strength. I took "Buns and Guns" (one of the many pilates classes) and it was a great total body workout with a focus on our glutes and upper body, the combination movements really helped to challenge me but with the adjustments from the instructor I felt like I got a magnificent workout. Will definitely be going back!"
