"I began a virtual strength training class with Breakthrough Fitness over 2 years ago per a friend’s recommendation. I had been doing some intermittent work outs at home previously. I quickly found that working with a trainer upped my game and showed me I was capable of much more than I was doing on my own. A year ago I moved to Oregon. I kept up with a routine that Morgan put together, but after a time was feeling the need for increased challenge. With the help of the fitness app that Breakthrough Fitness employs, video chats and lots of messaging/support, I have continued as an avid client even though I am 1800 miles away. I’ve built a home fitness room with Morgan’s advice. I’ve gotten excellent advice and programming for aerobic exercise as well as strength training. The expertise and flexibility that Breakthrough Fitness offers have made a big difference in my life."

Not only have Morgan and Matt helped me become the strongest I have ever been, but they have helped me through some challenging injuries, going above and beyond to create a plan that targets just what my body needs to strengthen and heal. This specialized training has honestly been more impactful and healing than any physical therapy or cortisone injection I have had. Additionally, Morgan and Matt are readily available to answer any and all questions, educating me on various aspects of health, fitness, and nutrition in the most non-judgmental manner. Perhaps most importantly, they have created a space that fosters community, camaraderie, friendship, family, and fun. I cannot recommend Breakthrough Fitness enough."
