"I just wanted to share my thoughts on Capital Strength and Conditioning. It's a fantastic gym, and I can’t say enough good things about Ben—he’s one of the best personal trainers I’ve ever had. He really listens and makes me feel like I'm in great hands. I've seen some impressive changes over the past year thanks to him and consider him not just my personal trainer, but also a friend. That said, I do think a couple of things could improve the experience. The locks and handles on the bathroom doors are pretty bajiggity and could use an upgrade; better locks would definitely help with the vibe. Also, I feel like it would be worth it to invest in professional cleaning services. The floors could use a deep clean, and the bathrooms really need some regular attention since people change and shower in there. It can get a bit dusty and unclean, which is off-putting. Overall, the gym itself is great, Ben is the absolute best, and the equipment is top-notch. Just wish they’d give the bathrooms a little more love because it would make a big difference."
