"Since training under Jennifer's expert coaching, I've lifted the mass of a particularly large blue whale! Not at all once; it's more of a cumulative measurement, but I was a complete novice to Olympic weightlifting when I started in October of 2025. Jennifer is a great coach, and every time she gives me a pointer on my form or the mechanics of my lifts, I feel the difference on the next rep. She's a champ! I mean, literally, she's a 5-time Pan American gold medal-winning, Masters World Cup-clenching CHAMPION, so she knows what she's doing (and what I'm supposed to be doing). I definitely feel my technique improving and my lifts getting stronger, so eventually I might try lifting that blue whale (a baby one) in a single go. If you're on the fence when it comes to Olympic weightlifting, don't be; you should be on a flat, level surface! But make sure that flat, level surface is at JP Weightlifting!"
